Required Qualifications


  • Prioritize quote requests and needs based on information
  • Establish and manage all cost and schedule information for customer orders and projects
  • Develop schedules to meet the needs of both the front end resourcing needs, ie. Engineering and drafting, and the needs of the manufacturing facilities
  • Manage the quote process for all assigned customer accounts including the initial review and summarization through follow up activities
  • Review, summarize and enter all engineering items from customer specifications to build an appropriate cost to produce the final quotation while meeting assigned margin levels as determined by division goals
  • Verify customer purchase orders received against quote documents, confirm order specifics with build site(s), enter and schedule orders and compile weekly customer status updates for all front end milestones
  • Coordinate credit memo requirements on all assigned customers and their current orders, including resolution of pricing related debits/payments deductions as they are presented by Credit/Accounts Receivable departments, when needed
  • Promptly and accurately communicate all quote and order schedule information to all internal and external customers
  • Maintain a cooperative attitude in dealing with all departments of the company as a team player and a primary customer contact

What it takes

  • Associates Degree in marketing or business
  • 3+ years of previous experience in Wireless Construction Management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to solve complex problems with a high attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment subject to specific deadlines that must be met, while verifying the accuracy of own and/or others’ work
  • The ability to communicate and interact with coworkers in a positive manner

Highly qualified candidates will also possess:

  • A strong working knowledge of fundamental technical and manufacturing concepts such as load and configuration drawings and shop drawings
  • A strong working knowledge of fundamental project management skills such as Gantt charts and scheduling milestones
  • A strong working knowledge of PC and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office Professional, ability to learn and master in-house computer applications

JOB TITLE: Estimator

This position is responsible for bidding, job award, and assist in the managing of projects ensuring optimal material purchasing, labor costs, and machinery usage.


  • Work independently and cooperatively to seek and obtain projects for the company by estimating structure steel and plate projects at profitable levels.
  • Engage cooperatively with company staff, including Executives, other Project Managers, Production and Shop Foreman to assemble documentation, prepare estimates and value engineer projects during the submittal process.
  • Review site or construction documents and define scope of work to bid.
  • Execute take-offs of production documents and utilize computer applications to expedite cost analysis of material, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
  • Work closely with Purchasing on cost effective project materials. Utilize Production staff to properly plan equipment capacity for each project.
  • Engage cooperatively with Project Managers, Production Managers and Shop Foreman to ensure profit goals are achieved.
  •  Assist drafting team with procuring all necessary information for conclusive fabrication prints.
  • Provide timely and accurate communication to management regarding in progress profitability, progress of production schedules, close-out status of completed jobs. Maintain daily Open Order Report.
  • Maintain productive relations with customers, general contractors, inspectors and suppliers to ensure we meet our company goal of delivering customer satisfaction and quality that meets or exceeds expectations.

Computer Skills: 
To perform the job successfully, an individual should be proficient with estimating, spreadsheet, e-mail and word processing software, and the use of the internet and wireless technology. Experience using E2 or similar ERP software is a plus.

We are looking for a highly driven individual that will weld metal components together to fabricate or repair products according to layouts, blueprints, or work orders using brazing and a variety of arc and gas welding equipment.   • Lay out, align and assemble fabricated metal products used in tower components, and other structures
  • Work from blueprints and layouts to accurately fit structural parts or components together in shop in preparation to welding.
  • Assemble components and determine whether processing specifications have been met prior to erection by workers at construction site.
  • Perform repetitive types of assembling operations according to procedures established by others; and use hand tools and measuring devices in the performance of work
  • Fuse (weld) metal structural components together by means of arc welding using one process in the fabrication of steel tower components, and other structures
  • Perform welding operations requiring a limited amount of planning and laying out of work from blueprints or other written specifications, and determine operation sequence
  • Lay out guidelines or marks on metal parts and cut metal with a cutting torch
  • Move material using a forklift and gather parts and materials to complete the project
  • Perform other duties as directed by leaders and management
  • Actively participate in department safety, demonstrate excellent safety practices and behaviors which conform to all ATC safety policies and procedures

What it takes
Required Qualifications

  • Successful completion of an internal weld test
  • Working knowledge of fixture and weld setup parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
  • Knowledge of welding properties of a variety of metals
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints to properly fit all products
  • The ability to set up work and determine operation sequence
  • The ability to calculate formulas using basic mathematics and standard U.S. and Metric Measurements
  • The ability to recognize and solve practical problems or issues
  • The ability to communicate and interact with coworkers in a positive manner
  • At the end of 90 Calendar days the candidate must be able to maintain an acceptable level of production, quality and attendance as determined by Management.
  • Must be able to successfully cross train employees to increase production

Highly qualified candidates will also possess:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Graduation from an accredited trade school for welding
  • 2 years or more of previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
  • Two to Three or more years of previous experience welding in a professional environment
  • The ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Must have a high awareness for safety at all times
  • Must be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results
  • Pay is DOE.

  • Identify, recommend, and develop revisions to standard product designs, drafting procedures, and systems to improve department operation and productivity


What it takes

Required Qualifications


  • An Associate’s Degree in a drafting related career field
  • A basic understanding of mathematics and technical skills in computer aided drafting
  • Must have an acceptable attendance and prior employment record
  • The ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels within the organization
  • The ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.


Highly qualified candidates will also possess:

  • One year of experience using AutoCAD 2009 software or newer a plus is experience in Inventor.
  • One year of drafting experience in a professional environment
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
  • An Associate’s Degree in a drafting related career field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
