Return Policy

ATC will accept a pre-approved return of goods 14 days from date of original receipt for stocking material.

Before any material can be returned, please call 503-540-0777, or email orders@advancedtowercomponents.com to request a Return Authorization. ATC will evaluate the request and make a determination within 2-3 business days of receiving the request.

Custom material is not returnable.

Sales must complete the RMA and obtain approval from the VP of Operations & VP of Sales for all returns.
Return materials, must be un-opened and in original packaging. A completed RMA must be attached to the material being returned.

Customer is responsible for all freight and handling charges.
Customer has 14 days to process the RMA from date of issuance back to ATC, or the transaction becomes void.
A 15% Restocking fee will be assessed.

Defective materials MUST be returned to ATC Salem with an explanation of the defect problem with the item being returned.

Damages in Transit/Claims - all material should be inspected thoroughly for damage before accepting from carrier. When damage is found, note those exceptions on the delivery BOL or refuse the shipment back to the carrier.

If no explanation is made at time of receipt, ATC has no recourse with the carrier. Pictures are also strongly encouraged. Shortage claims must be made with ATC within 48 hours after receipt of goods.

All claims for concealed damage must be made with ATC within 24 hours after receipt of goods.

Please inspect all shipments thoroughly!
